VCN217-CNK Indexing Plunger With Rest Position

Index plunger is a fastener that allows for rapid positioning and fixing of the workpiece, preventing changes in the locking position due to lateral forces.

VCN217 has two main types, knob type and pull ring type.

Knob type: There are two main styles of action, self-locking type and return type. The self-locking type has a slot, and when the knob is rotated 90 degrees, the pin can be locked, while the return type can only manually keep the pin retracted and when released the pin will back up.

Pull Ring Type: Pin contraction is achieved mainly by pulling the pull ring.

The main materials of the two types of pins and threaded shells are stainless steel, carbon steel, carbon steel with blue zinc plating treatment. The material of pull ring is stainless steel. The knobs are made of two materials: aluminium alloy and plastic. The aluminium alloy knobs are available in three colours: black, gold and red.

VCN217-CNK belongs to the knob type with self-locking fuction and the pin can be locked. The threaded shells and pin are made of stainless steel.
