  • Q What is your quality control process?

    We implement full-process quality inspection, including incoming material inspection, in-process production inspection and finished product inspection.
    All products are strictly tested for size, hardness, surface treatment and appearance before delivery.

  • Q How to place an order or get an official quotation?

    You can send us product models, quantities, drawings, material and surface treatment requirements via email or website message. Our sales team will send you an official quotation within 24 hours.

  • Q Can order testing samples, and are samples free of charge? Who will bear the freight cost?

    Yes, sample orders are welcome for quality and fit testing.
    Most standard samples are free, while customized samples will incur reasonable production costs. Customers are responsible for the shipping freight by default.

  • Q How do I choose the right model/size for my application?

    A
    You can refer to our product dimension and parameter charts on the website.
    Our engineering team can also provide professional selection guidance according to your usage scenario, load requirement and installation environment.

  • Q What surface treatment options are available?

    A
    We offer passivation, zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide, polishing, anodizing, sandblasting and other custom surface treatments to meet anti-rust, anti-corrosion and aesthetic requirements.

  • Q Can you provide CAD drawings and technical datasheets?

    We can provide 2D/3D CAD files, technical datasheets and dimension drawings for all standard products.
    Custom drawing confirmation is available for customized orders before production.

  • Q What is our customization process?

    1. Communicate details about customization: When you initiate a consultation, we will have professional personnel to follow up, understand your customized needs, and quickly form customized production estimates and suggestions
    2. Customized quotation: Based on quick communication and understanding, conduct production cost accounting and quotation for customized products
    3. Design drawings: After you confirm the plan and quotation, our engineers will design the drawings
    4. Confirm the drawings: After the drawings are designed, we will send them to you for further confirmation
    5. Production sample: After the drawings are confirmed to be correct, production sampling will be arranged
    6. Sample confirmation: The sample will be sent to you for confirmation
    7. Batch production: After confirming the accuracy of the samples, mass production will be carried out
