●Product Introduction
L-handle threaded indexing plunger is available in two material options: stainless steel and carbon steel, precisely machined by CNC equipment. It adopts external thread structure plus side L-shaped lever handle, which is a standard manual positioning & locking fastener. Toggle the L-shaped handle to extend or retract the internal locating pin. The external thread together with lock nut realizes firm installation, which can be screwed directly into machine frames and fixture plates without complicated auxiliary fittings, widely applied for quick positioning in tooling jigs and automated equipment.
●Structural Features
Tool-free Manual Operation: The side L-type lever handle allows users to retract or extend the locating pin by hand simply, realizing fast locking and unlocking of workpieces to improve working efficiency.
Adjustable Threaded Locking Structure: The external thread cooperates with hexagonal lock nut to adjust installation depth arbitrarily. Tightening the nut can fix the plunger firmly to avoid displacement and loosening during operation.
Two material choices for differentiated applications:
Stainless Steel: Superior rust resistance, anti-corrosion, wear resistance and fatigue resistance. Stable performance under frequent reciprocating plugging; no jamming or deformation in humid, oily or slightly corrosive scenarios.
