Button Index Plunger Product Introduction
●Product Introduction
Button index plungers (also known as spring locating pins & knob plungers) are standardized precision positioning fasteners. The main body is available in two material options: stainless steel and carbon steel.
●Stainless steel version: Excellent rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for humid and slightly acidic/alkali working environments.
●Carbon steel version: With black oxide finish, featuring high wear resistance, structural strength and cost-effectiveness.
Two types of button handles are optional: stainless steel metal buttons and non-slip nylon buttons. The assembly consists of external threaded studs, adjustable hex lock nuts, built-in compression springs, locating pins and anti-scratch buffer sleeves. Equipped with complete thread specifications, the mounting thickness can be freely adjusted via lock nuts. The retractable locating pin is controlled by one-touch pressing, featuring compact structure and easy installation & removal, widely adopted for precise indexing and limiting in machinery equipment.

● One-Touch Retractable Indexing & Positioning
Press the top button to compress the internal spring and retract the locating pin to release the limit; release the button, and the spring rebounds automatically to extend the pin into the locating hole, realizing rapid indexing, clamping and locking without extra tightening tools.
● Adjustable Mounting Thickness
Dual hex lock nuts allow flexible adjustment of mounting gaps for equipment plates and tooling fixtures, compatible with panels of various thicknesses for broad installation adaptability.
