Stainless Steel Indexing Plunger Introduction
●Product Introduction
This hexagonal index plunger features a black anti-slip nylon knob as the main operating body, assembled with galvanized steel hexagonal adjusting base, precision locating pin and locking nut. Two styles are available: standard exposed pin and retractable flush pin.
●Material Configuration: The bottom knob is made of reinforced wear-resistant nylon with anti-slip serrated texture for slip-free hand twisting. The connecting base, locating pin and locking components are carbon steel with galvanized finish, delivering superior rust resistance, corrosion resistance and structural rigidity against deformation.
●Structural Design: Integrated hexagonal metal stud structure enables rapid locking and fixing with matching nuts. The compact nylon grip allows single-handed pressing, twisting and pulling operations. The smooth polished locating pin ensures stable spring retraction & extension without jamming.
●Processing Advantages: Metal parts are precision CNC machined with tight dimensional tolerances. The shock-resistant insulating nylon base resists cracking and abrasion for long-term repeated operation on tooling equipment.
●Structural Features
Rapid Indexing & Positioning
Driven by built-in spring, the locating pin retracts when pressing the nylon knob. After rotating the workpiece to adjust stations, release the knob to let the pin spring back and lock into positioning holes, realizing accurate multi-stop indexing.
Anti-loosening Lock Adjustment
The top hexagonal metal nut locks the whole plunger assembly and fixes the extension length of the pin, preventing positioning deviation caused by equipment vibration for stable locking performance.
Tool-Free Manual Operation
The serrated anti-slip nylon knob allows manual unlocking and resetting without extra tools, greatly improving station switching efficiency.
