Weldable L-Handle Spring Index Plunger Introduction
●Product Introduction
This is a weldable 180° flip L-handle spring index plunger (spring latch pin). It is integrally machined from high carbon steel; the hexagonal main body is finished with black oxide for rust resistance and hardening treatment, while the locating pin and operating handle are galvanized for anti-corrosion and wear & impact resistance. Designed for direct welding mounting, it eliminates the need for additional threaded base machining.
● Structural Design: Integrated hexagonal weld base that can be fully welded onto tooling, frames and fixture plates. The L-shaped anti-slip knurled side handle retracts and extends the pin shaft with a 180° rotation. No protruding knob, saving installation space.
● Material & Processing: Quenched and tempered pin shaft with built-in heavy-duty compression spring for stable fatigue-resistant rebound. Black oxide coated barrel withstands welding high temperature and oil contamination; galvanized handle prevents oxidation for long-term workshop service.
