Carbon Steel Index Plunger Mounting Fixture Introduction
●Product Introduction
This fixture is integrally precision CNC machined from high-quality carbon steel with black oxide anti-rust hardening finish, a dedicated base fitting for index plungers (locating pins). It adopts a composite structure of semicircle and square, with a standard large internal threaded hole in the center to perfectly match the thread of index plungers. Two symmetric counterbore mounting holes are arranged on the surface, and limit slots are reserved on the side. With tight dimensional tolerance, integrated solid structure and high rigidity, it is specially matched for indexing & positioning structures of automation equipment.
