This product is a springless threaded ball plunger with housing fully made of POM (Polyoxymethylene) engineering plastic. The threaded outer shell is integrally injection-molded from high-rigidity POM material, fitted with a freely movable stainless steel ball at the top, with no internal compression spring inside the structure. It presents an all-white appearance with complete external thread structure.

POM features inherent self-lubrication with an ultra-low friction coefficient, enabling smooth sliding of the steel ball inside the housing. It delivers exceptional wear resistance and anti-fatigue performance; the housing resists cracking and thread stripping under long-term reciprocating contact. The material withstands weak acid and alkali corrosion without rusting, making it suitable for humid environments and mild chemical media. As an electrical insulator with zero magnetism, it avoids signal interference to electronic components and precision sensors.
